“Cachi”was born the 1st of November 1962 in Havana. He Graduated of the Academy of Music of Havana and worked with various groups and cuban artists like: Latin Imagen, Gerardo Alfonso, Ignacio Cerbante, Luis de la Cruz, Caña Brava.

He also took part to the recording of various discs and did important international Tours in Mexico, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy. He is currently the drummer of the band Tierra Firme lead by the famous percussionist José Quintana "Changuito".
